Christine's Birthday-ween

Our friend Christine's birthday falls on Halloween so she usually has a costume party. Here are Tucker and I (Doyle had training for the fire dept, on Halloween!). They had the new Guitar Hero for Wii set up on 2 TVs, the one with the whole band, like Rock Band. It was a great time with great friends and great costumes!

Christine, Rob and Kathryn were Rainbow Brite, Boy Blue and a Sprite. Here is a picture of the gang from the cartoon. Probably the most amazing costume I've ever seen!

City Halloween Party

The city of Evans held a Trick or Treat Halloween Party on the 31st. They had a photographer there to take pictures of the kids in their costumes. Tucker was even smiling. We are on safari looking for lions to take pictures of. We had a camera and a map with our outfits.

Tucker wasn't interested in too many games, but he liked the prizes he got when we played them.

There was a costume contest and all the kids walked around the gym in a line so the judges could see them. Then the kids lined up along the wall so they could pick the winners.

And Tucker was one of the winners!! There were 4 winners (Spiderman jumped in the picture!) I thought it was funny there were 2 lions, but they are both very cute. We're so proud of our little costume winner!

Halloween at the Library

We went to our library for their Halloween party. It was a lot of fun and we got to see some of our friends there. Tucker colored a mummy, drank apple cider, got his face painted and ran all around.

Playing in the Oven

Well, not in the OVEN, but in the drawer under the oven!

Tucker's BirthDAY

Thursday, October 30th 2007. Doyle took the day off from work so we could spend all day with Tucker. We took him to Denver to the Children's Museum, then to Loveland to Jumpin', then home for a cupcake!

We rode a train around downtown by the Museum. Tucker just watched outside the whole time.

We didn't know until we got there, but it was Trick or Treet Street that day. They had cloth bags from Target and lots of sponsored games that you could play and then get candy at each booth. Most of the kids were in their costumes. Tucker liked anything he could throw and loved to put the candy in the bag.

Then we started in the toddler area of the Children's Museum.

Tucker is not sure he should crawl through the tunnel. This little girl is going to help him!

I LOVE that smile!

He played with these wood "coins" a long time. Taking them out of the buckets and putting them back in different ones.

Firefighter Tucker, Daddy is so proud!

This room had soapy water and black lights. Tucker liked the bubbles that glowed.

The train was the room that Tucker stayed in the longest. We didn't know he would have so much fun with them. (Uncle Kelly and Aunt Jill gave Tucker their train table so now he'll have his own when we get moved!) Right before we left we bought him a shirt with a train on it since he had so much fun at this room.

In the market, Tucker didn't care at all about the food, he just wanted to push the cart around.

"Dad, I'm getting sleepy"

He fell asleep before we even got to the van. He must have had a great time!

After a nap from Denver to Loveland, he was ready to go again. Jumpin!

We stopped at King Soopers on our way home to get a cupcake for Tucker and he had to ride the penny pony.

Chocolate CupCake, yum yum!
