2 months and 27 months

February 2nd, Griffin is 2 months old. He weighs 11 lbs 4 oz and is 21 1/4 inches long. That's the 10th percentile for weight and below the 5th percentile for height. He smiles and laughs and talks up a storm. He loves to snuggle up with mommy at naptime and still likes to be swaddled at night. He sleeps a 5-7 hour stretch at night, then wakes up to eat and goes right back to sleep. He's finally stopped peeing on everything, but he's still spitting up a lot. He loves bath time and his bouncy chair. He watches everything Tucker does and you can already see he wants to do whatever his big brother is doing. He still has a ton of dark hair and Daddy's "magic color changing eyes". Some days they are blue, some days grey, some days green. They might not stay that way, the doctor says they can still change clear up until 3 years. His eyes are so expressive. You can see his smile in his eyes before his mouth. His eyebrows move all around while he's talking to you.

While we were taking Griffin's 2 month pictures, Tucker wanted his picture taken too. I'm calling these his 27 month pictures! Tucker is about 24 lbs, which is below the 5th percentile, and a super picky eater. He still loves noodles, cheese and peanut butter, but just recently started eating fish sticks. He loves cars, trucks, planes, trains; anything that moves! He can count to 12 most of the time. He knows the 8 basic colors and recently, he's gotten interested in letters. He can recognize a lot of them, ones we haven't even been teaching him. He wants to pick out his shirt every day and will always pick a striped shirt if they are clean. He doesn't want to cuddle much anymore, because he hardly ever stops moving! But, he'll lay down with daddy or mommy at naptime and bedtime and rub our hair. He takes such good care of his little brother and even shares with him, sometimes!

These boys are the cutest, smartest, best things in our lives!
