Tucker has a fire truck bank where he has been saving every "penny" he finds (all coins are pennys and he's not at all interested in paper money!) Daddy usually gives him his change from the day and Great Grandma gave him a bottle of change for Christmas last year. His bank was getting pretty heavy so we thought we should put the money in a real bank account for him.
We went to our bank and he got to pour all the pennys into the change machine. He ended up with about $45!
He got this green piggy bank for opening a kids account. It's fun because you can see the pennys through the side as you drop them in. 
He got to hand the money over to the teller and he kept the pennys to start all over again. We wondered if he'd be upset about not having as much in his bank, but he didn't seem to mind at all.
